Surrogacy is an arrangement between an infertile couple and a lady to deliver a biological child of the prospective couple suffering from infertility. In India, surrogacy is a legal affair. There are two methods of surrogacy:-

  1. Gestational Surrogacy
  2. Traditional Surrogacy
The difference between traditional & gestational surrogacy is that in traditional method baby is biologically linked to the Surrogate Mother and the prospective father but not with the prospective mother whereas in gestational method baby is not correlated to surrogate.
